The Community Event Sponsorship program is intended to allow for in-kind sponsorship of events that provide public benefit to the broader Arcadia community. No monetary sponsorships will be awarded as part of the program. The proposed events must advance the City's goals and be in alignment with City policies.
Applicants
An Arcadia-based business or Arcadia registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. Documentation will be required in the form of an Arcadia business license or documentation from the IRS with an active EIN.
Minimum Criteria
Sponsorship applications will open once in a fiscal year for award the following fiscal year. With the inaugural program beginning in 2025, an abridged application cycle is available for award in Fiscal Year 2025-26.

- Event organizer has a successful track record hosting similar events.
- The proposed event does not duplicate existing event offerings in Arcadia.
- Event provides clear and tangible public benefit to the Arcadia Community.
