Public Comment

Public Comment submitted electronically will not be read into the record at the posted meeting time but are forwarded to the City Council prior to the meeting for consideration. Comments must be received at least 30 minutes prior to the posted meeting time. Under the Brown Act, the City Council is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not listed on the posted Agenda.
