The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) prohibits discrimination and ensures equal opportunity for persons with disabilities in employment, State and local government services, public accommodations, commercial facilities, and transportation.
The City of Arcadia is committed to ensuring that all City programs, services, and activities provided are accessible to people with disabilities. The City of Arcadia does not discriminate on the basis of disability and if you have any concerns regarding any City programs or services, download a copy of the City's Americans with Disabilities Act Procedures and Grievance Form. The form should be completed and mailed to the address noted.

The ADA procedures and related forms are maintained by the Human Resources Department HERE. These documents are provided on the Transit page to satisfy compliance requirements. The official versions of all ADA policies, procedures, and forms are owned and maintained by Human Resources. In the event of any discrepancy between documents posted on this page and those maintained by Human Resources, the Human Resources version shall be considered the official controlling document.
