There is no fee for making an online payment.
Our Sure Pay payment program allows an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account to pay your utility or Paramedic Membership Program bill. Once you sign up for Sure Pay, the amount of your utility bill is automatically deducted from your bank account around the tenth day of the month following the receipt of the bill. For example, the payment for billing in January would be withdrawn from your bank account on February 10. You will still receive your utility bill every other month; however, it will be marked “Do Not Pay.”
To sign up for Sure Pay or to change personal information on your existing Sure Pay account, please contact Utility Billing Services at (626) 254-2700 for an application form, or you may download the Sure Pay Application Form. Because your signature is required for authorization, online applications cannot be accepted at this time. You may find additional information on the Sure Pay Program at Sure Pay.
There are no fees to use the Sure Pay Plan.
