Arcadia is known for beautiful neighborhoods and high property values.  To help maintain this excellent reputation the City has adopted a number of laws and regulations over the years that allow everyone to live, work, and play in a healthy, safe, and pleasant environment.  The Code Services Division monitors and enforces these laws to correct problems. 

Homeowners Associations
There are five Home Owners Associations (HOA) in Arcadia that are recognized by City Council Resolution.  Each HOA has an Architectural Review Board (ARB) which has architectural design review authority over the HOA area.  

Home Improvement Program
Arcadia homeowners interested in improving their property may be eligible for a grant to pay for certain improvements.
