Lieutenant Cullen was enlisted for six years in the Marine Corps before joining the Arcadia Police Department in 1998. Lt. Cullen has worked a variety of assignments during his 23-year career, to include Patrol, Personnel and Training, and the Detective Bureau. Lt. Cullen is currently working toward his Master’s degree in Public Administration at Cal State University, San Bernardino. He is the Detective Bureau Commander and the Area 2 Commander.
