Fire Department

Thank you for spending some time to visit our website. The Arcadia Fire Department has a proud history of serving our community. That spirit of service has been alive and well for over 100 years and continues as we move forward into the future. The men and women of the Arcadia Fire Department are here to serve you: from our frontline Firefighters to our sworn and civilian staff, we are committed to providing you the highest level of service possible.
The Arcadia Fire Department is an "all-risk" department, meaning we will respond to the needs of the community, regardless of the nature of the incident, and we will begin the process of solving the problem to lead to a positive outcome. We are, first and foremost, dedicated to protecting the quality of life for the citizens and visitors of our community through multi-faceted emergency response and the protection of life, property, and the environment.
We continue to accomplish this commitment by providing a broad spectrum of both emergency and non-emergency services to the citizens and visitors of our City. We also strive to anticipate the needs of our citizens and have a long tradition of providing high-quality emergency medical service (EMS), rescue, and fire services.
I am proud to represent such a fine organization. I am impressed on a daily basis with the professionalism, dedication, integrity, and resourcefulness of the men and women of our Department and the commitment to our citizens, visitors, and businesses of our City. As the Arcadia Fire Department moves forward into the future, it will be our commitment that we stand ready to assist you in your time of need day or night, with respect, professionalism, empathy, and compassion as we have been doing for over 100 years.
Sincerely,
Michael E. Lang
