Earthquake Brace + Bolt (EBB) Program

Registration for the 2020 EBB Program will open Feburary 19, 2020 thorugh March 19, 2020 

Would you like to receive up to $3,000 toward an earthquake retrofit of your house?  The EBB Program provides homeowners up to $3,000 o strengthen their home and lessen the potential for earthquake damage.  

To be eligible to participate in the EBB Program, homeowners must:

  • Be the owner of record of a house located in Arcadia
  • Use the house as their primary residence at the time they apply for the EBB Program and when the retrofit is complete
  • Create an online account aand complete registration as a homeowner
  • Provide a completed and signed IRS W 9 form, if requested by EBB
  • Register only once per house
Houses that may qualify for the EBB Program:

  • Are built before 1980 and sit on a level ground or a low slope
  • Are a detached residential building composed of one to four dwelling units with continuous raised perimeter foundation 
  • Are not on the National Register of Historic Places
