Arcadia Partners with Herald Christian Health Center to Open COVID Vax Clinic February 25 & 26
The City of Arcadia is partnering with the Herald Christian Health Center (HCHC) to open a vaccination clinic at the Arcadia Community Center, located at 375 Campus Drive, on Thursday, February 25 and Friday, February 26. The vaccination clinic is by appointment only and walk-ups are not allowed.
HCHC will be administering 600 doses of the Moderna vaccine for Arcadia residents that are in Phase 1A or 1B of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health vaccine distribution guidelines. These include: healthcare workers, staff and residents of skilled nursing or long-term care facilities, and residents 65 and older. “We are proud to partner with the Herald Christian Health Center to provide vaccines in Arcadia,” said City Manager Dominic Lazzaretto. “We are hopeful that we can build on these efforts to get more Arcadians vaccinated quickly.”
The City and HCHC are planning on hosting multiple clinics over the coming weeks and months as more vaccine becomes available. We ask and thank the entire Arcadia community for their continued support and patience.
