State Announces New Regional Stay At Home Order Criteria
The state has been divided into five regions, with one region encompassing all Southern California counties, including: Imperial, Inyo, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.
When a region is placed under an order, these sectors will be closed:
- Bars
- Wineries
- Personal services
- Hair salons/barbershops
Sectors that will remain open include:
- Schools that have received a waiver
- Critical infrastructure
- Retail at 20% capacity
- Restaurants (take-out and delivery)
Further, all non-essential travel is temporarily restricted when regions are placed under a regional stay-at-home order.
