  • Registration can be made online, in person at the Recreation Office, or mailed in. 
  • We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
  • Checks payable to "City of Arcadia".
  • Registration forms are available in English and Simplified Chinese.
  • Individuals may only register for themselves and their own family members.
  • Only the registered participant may attend the class unless it is Parent and Me.

**The only form of payment accepted for mail in registration is a check. Please do not send cash or write down your credit card information. 

  • Refunds and transfers must be requested prior to the second class meeting.
  • Refunds can be given as user credit or check.
  • Refunds will be assessed a $22 fee per activity.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
  • Materials fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for special events and excursions will only be issued if the spot can be filled with someone from the waitlist.
  • Refunds for summer camps must be requested at least one week prior, after which participants will only be issued a refund if the spot can be filled with someone from the waitlist.
The Campership program is designed to give low-income families, ages 17 & under, who live in Arcadia, an opportunity to participate in recreational programs and is sponsored to the Arcadia Community Coordinating Council. Campership support can range from 50% - 100% of program costs and are awarded on the basis of need after verifying family income & residency. Applications are available at the Recreation Office and are processed based on program schedule. 
Contract instructors are partners who help the Recreation and Community Services Department meet the mission of providing quality services to the Arcadia community.  The City works with over 70 different instructors and offers over 500 classes seasonally. If you are interested in becoming a contract instructor, please contact the Recreation Office.
