The Arcadia Community Center and the Museum Education Center are available for non-profit organizations to rent. Non-profit organizations must have 501(c)(3) designation and proof at time of application. The facility is NOT available for private events such as weddings, birthdays, or other events of similar nature. All non-profit organizations applying for a facility rental must be a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. All applicants will be required to provide an Exemption Determination Letter from the IRS. Staff will check the status of applicant organizations on the IRS database.
The Arcadia Community Center is available Fridays & Saturdays 3pm-Midnight and Sundays 8am-10pm. The Museum Education Center is available Fridays & Saturdays until Midnight and Sunday-Thursday until 10pm.

The Arcadia Community Center has 6,900 square feet of rentable space, plus a full-sized commercial kitchen. Capacity varies from 250-450 individuals based on configuration needs.
The Museum Education Center is much smaller than the Arcadia Community Center. Capacity varies from 50-100 individuals based on configuration needs.
