The City of Arcadia provides and maintains water and sewer services to more than 56,000 residents. Utility rates fund the operations, maintenance, and capital improvements of the water and sanitary sewer systems. The City is committed to providing the highest quality services at the lowest possible rates for our customers.
2026 Utility Rates & Service Charges

The City continually strives for cost reductions and better utilization of assets, which has assisted in keeping Arcadia's water and sewer rates among the lowest in the area. Effective January 2026, the City implemented new water and sewer rates. The City has also moved from bimonthly billing to monthly billing.

To keep pace with the rising costs of purchasing, purifying, and distributing water for Arcadia’s more than 56,000 residents and businesses, a five-year adjustment to water and sewer rates was implemented effective January 1, 2026.
