ARCADIA POLICE DEPARTMENT COMPLAINT OF EMPLOYEE MISCONDUCT ONLINE FORM
This form should be used exclusively to report employee misconduct. Complaints regarding Arcadia Police Department policies and procedures, or police response time to a location, should be discussed with the on-duty Watch Commander. Upon completion and submission of this form, it will automatically be sent to the Arcadia Police Department, Office of Administration. If you have questions about your submission, please email ArcadiaPolice@ArcadiaCA.gov. Make sure to also keep a copy for your records.
