Per the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), it is required that any facility that houses prisoners or detainees must provide information on how to report abuse and sexual harassment on behalf of a detainee or prisoner (28 CFR 115.154).
It is the responsibility of the Arcadia Police Department to investigate and report all allegations of abuse and sexual harassment (28 CFR 115.122).
