REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Arcadia Public Library Card

LIMITS

  • One reservation per day
  • 30 minute minimum reservation
  • 2 hour maximum reservation
  • Reservations can be made up to one day in-advance.

MAKE A RESERVATION

Online
  • Make a reservation online
  • Select your reservation time
  • Enter a valid Arcadia Public Library Card number in the username field and the last 4 digits of your phone number in the password field.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after reserving your room with a link to cancel or reschedule

Phone

  • Call (626) 821-5569 to make a reservation by phone
  • You will need your library card number

In-Person

  • Visit the Adult & Teen Services Desk
  • You will need to present your library card

CHECK INTO YOUR ROOM

  • Check in at the Adult & Teen Services Desk
  • Must have your library card at the time of check-in
  • Reservations are canceled 10 minutes after the start of the reservation if the user fails to check-in on time
