The Arcadia Public Library offers a range of volunteer opportunities suited to various skills and interests.
Most volunteer positions require a minimum commitment of two hours per week for at least six months. Volunteers must be 13 years of age or older. All selected applicants must complete fingerprinting and a background check, arranged by the Library at no cost to the applicant. Court-appointed community service hours cannot be accommodated.
The Volunteer Application is available here . Printed applications are also available at all public service desks. All applications (online or printed) must be submitted in person to the Library’s Account Services Desk.
Please Note: The Teen Summer Reading Program requires a separate application. Please contact the Children’s Services staff for more information.
