The Library Board of Trustees is a governing entity and consists of five members appointed by the City Council. The Library Board administers and enforces procedures, rules and the operations of the Arcadia Public Library.

The regular meeting of the Library Board of Trustees is held on the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Library’s Conference Room unless designated otherwise in the agenda.
