There are five Homeowners Associations in the City of Arcadia that are recognized by City Council Resolution. Each Homeowners Association has an Architectural Review Board (ARB) which has architectural design review authority over the Association area. Pre-Approved Roofing Materials
Please note: Rancho Santa Anita Residents' and Rancho Santa Anita Property Owners do not have a pre-approved list and you must apply for a short review for your reroof project.
If your proposed roof material is not on these lists you must apply for a short review with the Architectural Review Board.
