Home businesses are permitted in the City. A Home Occupation Permit and Business License are required to operate a home-based business.  The fees are as follows: the initial fee for the Home Occupation Permit is $49.00 and the Business License fee (general office use) is $108.60. Please note that the Business License must be renewed annually, a renewal notice is mailed 30 days prior to the Business License expiration date.
