Arcadia City Television is the City’s government access channel devoted to programming related to City of Arcadia activities, including City Council meetings. The Community Bulletin Board is a scrolling message board that plays between scheduled broadcasts. The Bulletin Board features information about City programs, activities and services as well as events organized by local non-profit, charitable, or service groups (subject to approval).
