Arcadia Volunteen Program

The Arcadia Recreation Department has a Volunteen program open to youth 13 to 18. Teens will obtain valuable work  experience and gain confidence working with and in the community. Interested teens for the school year of 2018-2019 need to fill out an application which is due no later than 5pm on Friday, September 14, 2018. Applications will be available online at www.ArcadiaCA.gov and in the Recreation office beginning Monday, July 30. Selected applicants will be invited to an oral interview which will be scheduled after school the week of September 17. The cover letter attached to the application explains the details and requirements of the application process. This is a very popular program and space is limited. Those candidates
selected to continue in the process of joining the program will be notified via email following their interview. The number of candidates selected will be determined based on the number of available spots needing to be filled.
