Stormwater and Industrial Waste Programs have been developed to protect the local waterways from pollution and enhance water quality in the City of Arcadia.

How do I obtain a construction roll-off bin/dumpster?
Residential and commercial customers requiring roll-off containers for construction and demolition projects can contact any of the following three permitted commercial haulers:
Waste Management, Inc.
Valley Vista Services
How early can I place my trash containers at the curb?
Trash containers may be placed on a parkway within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled trash collection day.
All trash containers must be removed accordingly and may not be left out in the parkway past 5 a.m. on the day following collection.
What should I do if I see suspicious activity, such as illegal dumping or illegal connections to the street or storm drain system?
Note the day, time and location of the occurrence. In addition, make note of any distinguishing details, such as number of participants, company names/logos,etc. Depending on the following situations, please forward these details to:
