documents, and why supposed “formalities” like corporate by-laws can be so
important to your business success.
Learn how to read common “boilerplate” contractual language and negotiate
contractual terms to your advantage.
Government officials from the state, City of Arcadia, and County of Los
Angeles will give new business owners and entrepreneurs important, practical
information on how to “make it official,” obtain business licenses and comply
with local tax requirements.
