The City of Arcadia offers six convenient ways to pay your utility bill.  They are:

Online Payments

You may pay your utility bill online through the Utility Bill option in Arcadia's Online Services.  You have the option to pay by using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or by authorizing a deduction from your checking or savings account.

There is no fee for making an online payment.

Sure Pay (direct debit program)

Our SurePay payment program allows an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account to pay your utility or Paramedic Membership Program bill. Once you sign up for SurePay, the amount of your utility bill is automatically deducted from your bank account around the tenth day of the month following the receipt of the bill.  For example, the payment for a billing in January would be withdrawn from your bank account on February 10.  You will still receive your utility bill every other month; however it will be marked “Do Not Pay.”

To sign up for SurePay or to change personal information on your existing SurePay account, please contact Utility Billing at (626) 574-5473 for an application form, or you may download the Sure Pay Enrollment Form. Because your signature is required for authorization, online applications cannot be accepted at this time.  You may find additional information on the SurePay Program at Sure Pay.

There are no fees to use the SurePay Plan.

Mail In

Please mail payments to the following address and be sure to include your utility bill account number on your check:

City of Arcadia
Cashier’s Office

240 W. Huntington Drive
P.O. Box 60021
Arcadia, CA 91006-6021

Credit Card

To make a credit card payment, please complete the credit card information on the back of your utility statement payment stub, sign, and return the payment stub as usual.  The City accepts payments by Discover Card, Master Card, and Visa.

Please note that the credit card payment option is NOT a recurring program, which means that you have to enter your credit information every time you wish to pay by credit card.

Due to security concerns, the City does not store any credit card information in our database, nor will the City ever ask for your credit card information over the telephone.

Pay in Person

During normal business hours, you may make payments in person at:

City of Arcadia
Cashier’s Office

240 W. Huntington Drive
Arcadia, CA 91007

Night Drop

You may drop off your utility bill payment at the City Hall night drop box after business hours. The drop box is located in the City Hall parking lot, just south of the sports field, located at 240 West Huntington Drive.
