Front Door Pickup
Front Door Pickup is Changing!
Our Front Door Pickup service is growing more and more popular, so starting Monday, July 20, we're making changes to improve the experience for everyone and allow us to serve more patrons.
Here are the key changes:
- Place front door pick-up using our new Arcadia Discovery catalog.
- Front door pick-up requests are limited to 5 items per day, per card.
- Anticipate a 24-hour turnaround (business hours).
- Staff will contact you by phone to schedule your pick-up appointment.
Submit your online hold request at any time.
Curbside pickup appointments are available:
Monday – Thursday 10 AM- 7 PM. Friday- Saturday 10- 5 PM

Login to your account:
- Username: Library card number (PARC000xxxxxxx)
- Password: Last 4-digits of your phone number
Locate the item that you would like to request.
Click on the cover image to review the item details & select Place Hold.
Staff will call you when your order is ready to set-up a pick-up appointment.
Please wait for a staff member to call & schedule a pick-up appointment.
Items are held for 3 business days from when you are contacted.
Items with no scheduled pick-up date will be re-shelved.
Come to the main entrance of the library on your scheduled pick-up date & time.
Knock on the door or call the Account Services Desk at 626-821-5571.
Be prepared to show your library card or identification. Wear a face covering.
A staff member will verify your library card or identification.
While maintaining social distance, a staff member will place your items on a table for
you to collect.
