This State bill requires public agencies to create and make available to the public a catalog of the "enterprise systems" (software applications) used by each agency. This catalog is required to be updated every year.
The Arcadia Police Department Manual is a full overview of the Department's policies, which is subject to regular revisions and updates based on legislative changes, case law, and best practices. This online version is reposted whenever changes are made. The Manual is separated into nine chapters: Law Enforcement Role and Authority, Organization and Administration, General Operations, Patrol Operations, Traffic Operations, Investigation Operations, Equipment, Support Services, and Personnel.
