Parent and Me 3D Design Basics

Parent and Me 3D Design Basics

4th – 8th grades

Saturday, January 12; 1:30 - 3pm & 3:45 - 5:15pm

We invite kids in grades 4th through 8th and their parents to join us for a 3D Design Workshop.

We’ll learn how to use Tinkercard to create basic 3D designs.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to create their own design, vote for the best design amongst the group, and the winning design will be printed and given to the designer for keeps.

Program participants will be required to set up an online Tinkercad account prior to the start of the first workshop.

Due to limited seating, registration is required for the 3-D Design Basics. In person registration begins Saturday, January 5 in the Arcadia Public Library’s Jerry Broadwell Children’s Room.

10 – 11am: Priority registration for Arcadia residents.  Must show photo identification with proof of residency.

11am onward: Open registration.

If space is available, phone-in registration accepted starting Monday, January 7.
